Since 1983, the Independent Savings Plan Company, or ISPC, has been providing consumer-friendly loans to homeowners through a network of trusted merchants. ISPC is based in Florida, and is 100 percent employee-owned. The initial goal of ISPC was to finance a narrow range of environmentally sound products. Through the years, the company has grown considerably, expanding its finance programs to a broader range of products and services.

Today, ISPC is a provider of consumer financing through a network of select dealers and merchants, offering products that include residential heating and air-conditioning (HVAC), water conditioning/drinking water systems, solar water heating systems, and solar pool heating systems.  ISPC acknowledges the changes in clients’ needs, thus expanding the range of products it finances. The company’s finance plans are made to fit the type of products being financed, individual credit situations, and affordable terms and payments.

With quality products sold and installed by highly-regarded ISPC dealers and merchants, the company’s loans have become a means for improving lifestyles. In 2007, ISPC made it to Inc. 5000’s list of Fastest Growing Private Companies, and received the Industry of the Year Award from the Pasco Economic Development Council in 2009.
